Northern Station Agent

Northern Station Agent at Perimeter Aviation provides critical ground and station support: assisting with aircraft loading/unloading, check-in, cargo handling, ramp operations including de-icing and fueling where applicable, and collaboration with Flight Crew and station staff. Responsibilities include maintaining safety and security of the ramp, assisting passengers, handling baggage and airfreight, marshalling aircraft, operating equipment, and ensuring office equipment functions are in proper order. The role requires effective verbal and written communication, a customer-service mindset, ability to work independently or as part of a team, willingness to adhere to safety policies, and readiness to work across multiple remote communities in Manitoba and Northern Ontario. Indigenous cultural awareness is an asset, and the position involves physical tasks, variable shifts, and outdoor work in diverse conditions.
