Job Summary
The Northern Stations Agent provides aircraft loading/unloading support, assists with check-in and cargo handling, and maintains communication with Flight Crew and ground personnel. Duties include ramp/de-icing, fueling where applicable, office tasks, baggage and freight handling, marshalling aircraft, operating ground equipment, ensuring safety and proper handling of customer baggage, assisting Flight Crew with off-loads, and collaborating with station staff to maintain on-time performance. The role emphasizes flexible, professional, and team-oriented service with a focus on safety and customer care across multiple northern stations.
Required Qualifications
- Customer Service experience
- Basic understanding of mathematics
Additional Requirements
- Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset
