Job Summary
Conduct full spectrum outpatient primary care, preventative services, and chronic disease management within an established practice in the Adirondack Mountains. Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care to a close-knit community while collaborating with experienced providers and clinical staff. Utilize modern clinical resources supported by strong administrative assistance. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
