Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California
  • 10+ years of progressive water/wastewater engineering experience including planning, design, and construction of municipal water/wastewater and reuse projects
  • Demonstrated track record of business development in municipal water sector
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass MVR
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (Northern California, occasional Southern California)
