Job Summary
Drive revenue growth in the healthcare services space within the San Jose market by expanding Daniels Health’s footprint in the acute care sector. Develop and execute business development strategies, manage and grow the regional book of business, present our portfolio to stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and lead upsell opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships, navigate complex healthcare environments, and collaborate with Account Managers to refine strategies and improve results. Travel within the territory to meet prospects, manage proposals, and deliver value-based selling. Requires 7+ years of industry experience, strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills, experience with BD strategy design/implementation, negotiation capabilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills; Salesforce.com and MS Office proficiency highly desirable.

- Hospital services or related service industry experience highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Outstanding computer-based skills; Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, etc.
