Job Summary
Northern California Business Development Director leads revenue growth and strategic account development in the acute care space, managing an existing portfolio, expanding the client base, and driving opportunities. Responsible for planning and executing customer outreach (Salesforce), traveling within the territory to meet prospects and strengthen relationships, presenting our products and services to stakeholders, tailoring proposals to client needs, collaborating on contract development and leading negotiations, researching market trends, supporting upselling, tracking performance, and partnering with Account Managers to refine strategies. Requires 7+ years of industry experience, strong relationship-building skills, ability to navigate healthcare environments, excellent communication, negotiation ability, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.

- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategies
- Strong conflict resolution capabilities
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Hospital services or related service industry experience highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses self-motivation and the ability to motivate a team
- Strong presentation skills with value based selling confidence
- Outstanding computer-based skills; Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, etc.
