Job Summary
Regional Field Sales Manager responsible for leading and scaling regional sales across multiple markets. Own regional performance, strategy, and talent by developing Account Executives and Sales Coordinators, translating brand strategy into clear regional direction, setting priorities, and enabling elevated execution. Drive budget forecasting, resource allocation, and performance outcomes; coach and develop leaders; maintain a strong field presence; manage relationships with regional retail partners (Ulta, Sephora, etc.); oversee regional insights and performance tracking; remote-based role based in the NYC area with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading multi-market or multi-unit retail teams
- Proven track record of delivering sales results and managing budgets
- Experience developing leaders and managing high performing teams
- Strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to connect cross-market trends and drive scalable plans
- An ability to budget, forecast, and drive performance outcomes
- Decision-making capabilities, with the ability to set priorities and drive business-critical decisions
- Leadership & coaching experience; you've developed leaders and have built high-performing teams
- Executive presence, with the ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders
