Job Summary
Location Supervisor oversees daily cleaning operations at the assigned worksite to maintain clean, healthy environments for customers and clients. Responsibilities include supervising crew performance within ServiceMaster standards, communicating with customers, performing cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows, cleaning, moving furniture/equipment), maintaining inventory of supplies/equipment, using provided PPE, and ensuring facilities are opened/locked with security systems as required. Requires hard toe shoes, hard hat and safety vest; English communication skills; flexible, fast-paced multi-tasking ability; and dependable, on-time participation in a Monday–Friday, with Sunday shifts. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper is a plus but not required
- Experience with cleaning in professional settings (janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus)
- Ability to read cleaning instructions
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods
- Must lift up to 25 lbs
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 5pm-11pm and Sundays 4pm-10pm
