Job Summary
Supervise Northeast ground operations by managing scheduling for concierge and ramp agents, ensuring team safety, and monitoring performance to recommend corrective actions. Travel to stations at OXC, HPN, BED, and SJU to cover shifts as needed, maintain facility readiness including inventory and condo checklists, and oversee catering and crew car management. Serve as the primary point of contact for the office and outside vendors while assisting in training Client Experience staff and conducting airport audits with the Director of Safety. Ensure all team members are properly trained on service expectations and policies in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility for weekends and holidays.

- Ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Proactive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail with the knack to remember and recognize names and faces
- Prolonged periods of standing outdoors.
- Ability to walk and stand and carry luggage for extended periods of time throughout the workday.
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
- Exposure to outdoor elements including heat, cold, rain, wind, and sun during ramp and operational duties.
- Potential exposure to environmental factors such as: Aircraft fumes and exhaust
- Must be flexible with work schedule and able to work weekends and holidays.
