Job Summary

Lead the East Region Infrastructure Business Unit by implementing a comprehensive business plan, identifying new clients, and enhancing relationships with existing aviation partners to win opportunities across the Northeast. Manage significant airport projects currently under development, providing oversight of contracts, coordinating with client leadership, and guiding technical, environmental, and commercial issues. Develop a recruiting and hiring plan to increase headcount while growing the RS&H footprint in coordination with national and regional leaders. Establish strong working relationships with airport stakeholders and regulatory agencies to drive sales, net service revenue, and EBIT growth.

Required Qualifications

  • ABET accredited Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience within the aviation field either for the public sector or private sector
  • Project Management experience working on complex airport projects and administering contracts
  • Strong supervisory skills leading multiple teams and people
  • established client relationships/marketing and business development experience
  • Experience with the development of significant traditional and alternative delivery projects and coordination with regulatory agencies, FAA, and other project stakeholders
  • Experience leading or working with large, multi-discipline teams
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail along with overall quality control and management
  • Experience with successful management of project schedules and deadlines involving deliverables (including interim deadlines)
  • Ability to track individual project tasks
  • Financial management of individual and overall project tasks

Desired Qualifications

  • Professional registration (PE) in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, or other states
  • Experience participating in diverse Aviation projects using Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and CM@Risk procurement methods
