Job Summary
North Training Consultant to join a high-performing distribution team and help financial advisers unlock value from a market-leading wrap platform. Responsibilities include onboarding and transitions onto the platform, delivering structured training for advisers and back-office teams (face-to-face and virtual), creating high-quality learning materials (onboarding content, webinars, guides), acting as a trusted platform expert to improve efficiency, diagnosing training and business needs across platform and enterprise systems, and strengthening relationships to drive retention and advocacy. Requires RG146 compliance and 3+ years in financial services, with client-facing experience and a solid understanding of regulatory considerations in financial advice. The role emphasizes educating, influencing, and solving problems to enable adviser growth and platform usage, with a focus on delivering high-quality client experiences and supporting adoption of new capabilities within a hybrid training delivery model.
Required Qualifications
- RG146 compliant
- 3+ years’ experience in financial service industry
- Experience in client-facing role in Financial Services desirable
- Knowledge of Financial Planning market and compliance
