Job Summary
Civil construction specialists across Queensland regional locations (Gympie, Cairns, Rockhampton, Townsville, Mackay) sought for a multi-year design and construction contract. Roles include Site Inspectors, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Superintendents’ Representatives. Opportunities available as full-time employees or contractors/fixed-term engagements (18–24 months). Candidates should have a Bachelor of Engineering for CA/Engineering roles, with experience in project delivery, civil infrastructure, building works or water infrastructure, and the ability to coordinate across complex stakeholder groups. Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and transport infrastructure standards is required, with RPEQ registration or eligibility and TMR accreditation (desirable). Based in Rockhampton, Townsville, Mackay or Cairns, with hybrid/work-flex options possible, and a commitment to inclusive, safe, and high-quality project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering for CA or Engineering roles
- Experience in project delivery & site construction
- Proven project experience in civil infrastructure, construction, building works or water infrastructure
- Ability to coordinate with complex stakeholder groups
- Understanding of Australian Standards and Policies
- Knowledge of Australian Government transport infrastructure standards (desirable)
- RPEQ Registered Engineer (holding or eligible)
- TMR accreditation (desirable)
- NDRRA experience with QRA
