Job Summary
Record vehicle sales and other product services on the general ledger, reviewing paperwork from various sales departments for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Process payments to customers, lienholders, and applicable parties while reconciling schedules for contracts in transit, inventory, and vehicle payable schedules. Assist in research regarding customer and sales inquiries, prepare sales commission summaries for payroll, and coordinate work with appropriate associates. Ensure office and daily work remains neat and organized in accordance with dealership policies, operating standards, and applicable federal and state laws.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner on the phone, internet and in person
- Strong work ethic with commitment to high energy performance, quality and service excellence
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and support change when necessary
- Knowledge of mathematical principles and application (adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying, and percentage calculations)

- intermediate spreadsheet and database maintenance
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of accounting fundamentals preferred
- Automotive experience preferred
