Train and assist other make-ready and detail techs while maintaining inventory and ordering supplies. Act as a liaison between department staff and sales managers to facilitate processes for new and pre-owned vehicles. Detail client vehicles as needed, noting damage to notify service for claims within 24 hours. Perform quality control inspections on all vehicles before they reach the frontline and coordinate with sales and service for on-time deliveries. Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation. Attend department meetings.
