North Park Lexus of San Antonio - Part Time Guest Experience Coordinator

Greet guests professionally, provide facility tours, and check in with waiting visitors to ensure efficient use of time. Maintain a clean, clutter-free concierge desk and perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and sorting mail. Gather guest information into Customer Retention Management software, update telephone directories, and direct clients to appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates. Assist the sales team, diffuse client concerns, and manage demo car keys and reports. Work three days a week from Monday through Friday (4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) and Saturday (8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.). Attend department meetings and contribute to the welcoming environment at North Park Lexus of San Antonio.
