Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by inspiring team members to meet goals, running cash registers, organizing merchandise, and monitoring performance metrics. Maintain a welcoming environment for customers and staff while ensuring everything runs smoothly. Support community outreach programs including pre-employment training, job placement services, and family strengthening initiatives. Required Qualifications
