Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally in call center, healthcare, or hospitality settings
- Bilingual in Spanish OR Korean
- Strong empathetic listening and customer service orientation
- Thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Comfortable using multiple systems and applications simultaneously
- 10+ years in bilingual Spanish OR Korean speaking experience
