Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' fine motor, gross motor, visual-motor, and sensory processing capabilities across multiple district sites. Analyze testing data to create measurable goals and treatment strategies for Individualized Education Programs, while providing direct intervention in small-group sessions to build essential classroom skills. Advise teachers, principals, and parents on sensory strategies and instructional modifications, and recommend adaptive equipment and communication tools. Oversee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and maintain meticulous clinical documentation and billing data in compliance with state and federal regulations. Evaluate school environments to identify physical barriers and suggest modifications. This role supports the district's goal of removing barriers to learning and maximizing student independence for Pre-K through graduation students.
