Job Summary
Conduct 15 to 25 high-level soccer sessions weekly while training, mentoring, and evaluating coaching staff on performance. Manage the master schedule across Luzerne, Lackawanna, and Monroe Counties, coordinating weekly staffing, approving payroll hours, and handling weather cancellations. Monitor Net Promoter Scores to drive professional growth and maintain inventory of coaching equipment and prizes. Represent the organization at community events and distribute registration materials. Requires availability for weeknights and Saturdays with a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Available for weeknights or weekdays and Saturdays when programs run
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for daily dialogue with coaches, parents, and site directors
