Job Summary
Lead 15 to 25 high-level soccer sessions weekly while managing the master coaching schedule across Luzerne, Lackawanna, and Monroe Counties. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff on-field performance, monitor Net Promoter Scores, and coordinate weekly staffing, payroll hours, and regional invoices. Handle weather cancellations, schedule changes, and reschedules with coaches, parents, and directors. Maintain coaching equipment, distribute prizes, and represent Soccer Shots at community events. Requires availability for weeknights and Saturdays with a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Available for weeknights or weekdays and Saturdays when programs run.
- Willingness to assist other departments when needed.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for daily dialogue with coaches, parents, and site directors.
- Passion for youth development and sports.
- Must be able to travel across Luzerne, Lackawanna, and Monroe Counties.
