Job Summary
The Sales Associate serves as a key representative of the organization, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service through interactions with clients. Responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, advising on rates, and making recommendations. This role requires strong communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to manage cash transactions while maintaining confidentiality of customer information. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must speak Spanish fluently and at least basic English communication.
- Ability using computer’s keyboard (letters and numbers) and computer mouse.
- Detail oriented especially when reading, writing, and counting numbers and currency.
