Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate all activities of concrete crews on job sites, interpreting blueprints and assigning tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and up to quality standards. Promote and enforce safety procedures while conducting regular inspections of work progress, materials, and equipment. Collaborate with superintendents and project managers to report progress, address issues, and participate in planning concrete pours and finishing operations. Maintain accurate records of workforce, daily activities, and timelines. Resolve on-site conflicts effectively. Requires at least three years of concrete experience with two years in a foreman role, valid driver's license, and ability to pass a federal criminal background check. Located in North Dakota.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of concrete experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, tools, and safety standards
- Physical capability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to read understand construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a federal criminal background check
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to job sites
