Job Summary
Retail Signage Removal & Paint Technician removes interior, overhead, and directional signage, repairs affected surfaces, patches and paints walls, and documents completed work in accordance with project requirements. The role supports retail store refresh and decommissioning projects and requires the ability to work independently in an active retail environment. Responsibilities include removing signage and mounting hardware, patching and painting surfaces, taking before-and-after photos, safely operating ladders and scissor lifts, following project instructions and safety requirements, and representing the company professionally at client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with painting, drywall repair, maintenance, merchandising, fixture installation/removal, or light construction preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Scissor lift experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
