Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs. Monitor client progress to modify treatment plans as needed while collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams. Deliver parent training and caregiver support sessions, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role in North Carolina offers full-time or part-time flexibility, competitive compensation, and no minimum or maximum caseload requirements. Eligible candidates receive a dedicated BCBA Success Manager, access to an extensive CEU library, and internal promotion pathways into leadership positions.

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
