Job Summary
Oversee North Asia supplier quality for Carrier production facilities in Greater China; lead supplier quality strategies, audits, and SCAR processes; serve as functional lead for Site Supplier Quality Leads; drive preventive quality and supplier development, ensuring adherence to Carrier quality standards, with strong focus on data analysis, root-ccause resolution, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain and Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant quality management experience
- Proficiency in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, VDA6.3
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Travel up to 50% across North Asia
