North American Training Manager (Headquarters - Perrysburg Ohio)

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for Field Sales and Service teams across North America, including product knowledge and application training, CRM utilization and sales process alignment, case studies, competitive positioning, and consultative selling techniques. Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Technical Services, Marketing, and Product Management to create training collateral and content (including e-learning modules and facilitator-led materials). Lead onboarding initiatives and ongoing capability development, drive reinforcement plans and coaching tools, and measure training impact through improvements in sales performance, ramp-up time, and training engagement. Plan and deliver training seminars for product application and performance optimization, and stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain the organization’s leadership in training excellence.
