Job Summary
Define the end-to-end product vision for North American Public Safety and Mission Critical Broadband Push-to-talk services, delivering subscription software solutions that address critical operational challenges. Write comprehensive requirements, Epics, and user stories to enable continuous software release plans while driving commercial success through SaaS metrics like adoption and retention. Serve as the primary product leader for carrier partnerships, negotiating technical integrations and optimizing MCX platforms for major North American wireless networks. Conduct deep discovery with law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies to translate complex workflows into intuitive product features, ensuring all outputs adhere to stringent 3GPP MCX standards and cybersecurity requirements. Collaborate with finance, commercial, and operations teams to validate business cases and execute rapid go-to-market strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years product management experience
- Telecommunications experience
- Public safety experience
- Mission-critical software experience
- Proven track record of managing technical partnerships or joint roadmaps with major North American wireless carriers/MNOs
- Deep understanding of LTE/5G broadband networks
- LMR (Land Mobile Radio) interoperability knowledge
- 3GPP standards knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications, public safety, or mission-critical software (preferred)
