North America Regional Supplier Quality Manager

Job Summary
Define and implement the regional supplier quality strategy aligned with global objectives. Manage a multi-competency team to drive cost reduction, eliminate supplier defects, and ensure alignment with cross-functional business needs. Onboard new suppliers by driving SRG audits, verifying GECC technical qualifications before procurement, and maintaining compliance for the existing supplier base. Monitor supplier performance on a defined frequency, manage third-party inspectors, and execute root cause analysis and corrective plans for non-conformances. Report hierarchically to the Regional Sourcing Leader and functionally to the Global Supplier Quality Leader. Requires an engineering degree with 10 years of experience, Six Sigma certification, and bilingual communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar business
- Experience in the quality domain
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Six Sigma trained and certified or equivalent quality certification
