North America Regional Supplier Quality Manager

Job Summary
Define and implement the regional supplier quality strategy aligned with global objectives. Manage a multi-competency supplier quality team to reduce cost of quality and eliminate escape defects. Onboard new suppliers by driving SSR audits and ensuring GECC technical qualifications before purchase orders. Monitor existing supplier performance on a defined frequency, implement root cause analysis for non-conformances, and execute supplier development plans. Manage third-party inspectors and maintain technical qualifications for the entire supplier base. Report hierarchically to the Regional Sourcing Leader and functionally to the Global Supplier Quality Leader. Requires an engineering degree with 10+ years of experience, bilingual English/French communication skills, and Six Sigma certification.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar business
- Experience in the quality domain
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
