Job Summary
Lead a team of Client Value Advisors and Client Technology Architects to identify, originate, and develop transformational opportunities for key accounts; shape large, strategic opportunities and build out compelling value propositions, technology solutions, business cases, ROI/TCO models, and executive narratives aligned to C-suite priorities; partner with sales, practices, and industry experts to drive end-to-end opportunity shaping; engage clients in a consultative manner and develop executive-ready deliverables including Technology Strategy, POVs, ROI/TCO models, and transformation roadmaps; facilitate strategy sessions and account reviews; track pipeline health and pursuit progression; coach teams on value articulation and consultative selling; requires extensive experience in program management, value proposition development, and senior stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 20 years of experience in program management, large deal enablement, strategic sales support, management consulting, business value consulting, value engineering, transformation strategy, or pursuit leadership within a top-tier consulting firm, global systems integrator, or large IT services provider.
- Minimum 15 years of experience developing and presenting value propositions, business cases, ROI/TCO analyses, executive investment cases, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- MBA or a Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
