Job Summary
Trading Services Manager for Physical Commodities at JPMorganChase overseeing end-to-end trade processing controls, including order entry, trade execution, settlement and confirmations, while leveraging automation and data analysis to optimize systems. Leads a diverse team, communicates insights to internal stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement aligned with the firm's strategic objectives. Requires deep knowledge of Physical Commodities markets (e.g., Natural Gas, Power, Emissions, Oil) and proven ability to manage assets and cash levels, monitor risks, and deliver data-driven decisions with strong presentation skills for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in trading services, specifically in Physical Commodities markets
- Advanced skills in using automation technologies to optimize trading systems and processes
- Advanced knowledge of Physical Commodities markets, including Physical Natural Gas, Power, Emissions and Oil
- Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, with a focus on fostering continuous improvement and innovation
- Expertise in data analysis techniques, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively to inform strategic decisions
- Expertise to create presentations across various levels. Ability to deliver in person & virtual presentations to senior management and stakeholders
- Specific knowledge of operational requirements needed to support Municipal Natural Gas/Power Prepays and Oil Intermediation deals
