Job Summary
Lead North America marketing data analytics and measurement strategy, owning pipeline attribution, full-funnel reporting, and budget-reallocation insights; mentor junior analysts; drive data accuracy, governance, and advanced analytics across marketing channels; partner with sales, CRM, and marketing operations to improve pipeline visibility and ROI; deliver executive-level performance reports and strategic recommendations using statistical methods and dashboards (Power BI) to senior leadership; focus on cross-functional data initiatives, audience segmentation, and improved targeting while identifying risks and opportunities for NA marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance or related discipline
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics or business intelligence; 2 years at a senior level
