Job Summary
Associate in North America Legal Entity Risk Governance leads and supports risk governance activities for LE CROs and LERMs across North America. Responsible for preparing materials for risk governance meetings and board level presentations, supporting CFTC Swap Dealer and FCM risk management program requirements, analyzing risk profiles and producing clear risk communications across entities, assisting with regulatory examinations and inquiries, and contributing to strategic planning and new product initiatives. The role requires experience in financial services or related fields, strong written/verbal communication, knowledge of derivatives and risk concepts, proficiency in Excel/Word/PowerPoint (PitchPro), and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree is required. Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; on-site role.
