Job Summary
North America GEO Lead role combines product architecture and executive consulting to advance Jellyfish’s GEO capability in NA. You will spend 50% of your time as a Product Architect evolving the proprietary GEO tech stack and methodologies (including ShareofModel and Generative Engine Optimisation frameworks) and 50% as an Executive Consultant leading senior NA client engagements, driving GEO as a growth pillar, translating AI shifts into board-level strategies, owning GEO revenue targets, and mentoring a high-performing team. Key duties include defining the regional GEO roadmap, evolving technology solutions for NA, standardizing GEO methodologies, enabling scalable deployment across the One Media team, integrating Pencil Pro with content production, leading Tier 1 NA client relationships, driving commercial growth, guiding clients from AI curiosity to AI maturity, representing GEO at industry events, and fostering a culture of rigorous analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Essential skills include deep technical knowledge of Knowledge Graphs, LLMs, and NLP, strategic consulting for CMOs, NA market fluency, and the ability to bridge technical and commercial domains. This is a senior leadership role with P&L ownership for NA GEO and cross-functional collaboration across SEO, Paid Media, Data, and Creative teams.
