Job Summary
End-to-end finance ownership for the Operating Unit, from forecasting and planning to actuals reporting and performance analysis, with accountability for financial integrity and governance. Lead and develop the FPCRA team, collaborate with the OU Finance Head, and partner with Centre of Expertise (GCC/Genpact) and O2C/P2P leads to drive end-to-end support across markets. Serve as HBS Centre Lead in Costa Rica, drive continuous improvement in close, control, reporting, consolidation, and forecasting processes, and deliver clear analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions. Build a strong controllership and insight-driven finance culture, engage stakeholders across Haleon, and align with the 2030 ambition and Win as One framework.
