Job Summary
Lead all accounting and controllership activities for Videojet's North America commercial operations, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes. Own accounting for commissions, lease accounting, sales and marketing accruals, and payroll-related activities while driving U.S. GAAP compliance and SOX controls. Partner with FP&A and operational leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and lead a high-performing team focused on process improvement and audit readiness. This hybrid role in Wood Dale, Illinois, requires a CPA with 10+ years of global manufacturing experience and proficiency in Oracle and Blackline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/controllership or audit experience
- Experience in a global manufacturing and public-company environment
- Strong command of US GAAP
- Experience with financial consolidations
- SOX compliance
- Experience leading teams
- Experience managing accounting operations in a matrixed environment
- Proficiency with Oracle
- Proficiency with Blackline
- Proficiency with OneStream
- Advanced Excel
- Strong analytical capability
- This is a hybrid role based in Wood Dale, Illinois
- Candidates must be located within a reasonable commuting distance who can regularly work from the office
