Job Summary
Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, oversee revenue accounting and general ledger activities, and manage month-end and quarter-end close cycles. Direct global purchase accounting and purchase price allocation processes while supporting mergers and acquisitions with US GAAP policy implementation. Coordinate the annual external audit process, conduct net working capital settlement analyses, and provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting support. Implement new technical accounting standards including ASC 606 and capitalized software accounting. Collaborate with global cross-functional accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and drive compliance with US GAAP standards.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Public accounting experience with Big 4, national, or regional firm
- Experience in software or technology companies
- Deep expertise in US GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Strong analytical and technical accounting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with structured, methodical work approach
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
