Job Summary
North America Commercial Bank Head of Cross-Currency (FX) Payments & Solutions, Managing Director. Lead the go-to-market strategy for Cross-Currency payment solutions including FX spot products; drive product revenue and market share within the North America middle-market segment; collaborate with Payments Sales, Markets, Bankers, and Service teams to deliver integrated solutions and new business development; establish objectives, key results, and KPIs to ensure product success; lead and develop a team of Product Solutions professionals; travel domestically up to 50% to support client engagement and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of banking experience with significant time in Cross-Currency Payments
- Strong sales and solutioning skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to drive change and manage stakeholders across multiple functions
- Data-driven approach to uncover client opportunities
- Ability to lead go-to-market strategies for cross-currency payment solutions
- Travel domestically up to 50%
