Job Summary
Partner with business teams to align data insights, lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting while driving performance improvement initiatives. Support monthly integrated reconciliation reviews and provide data analysis packages to the leadership team. Partner with business leaders to analyze SG&A spending trends, explain actual-to-budget variances, and develop balance sheet forecasts for working capital and cash flow drivers. Create financial models and discounted cash flow analysis across Crop Protection projects, monitor market trends to identify risks, and support strategic growth initiatives. Provide ad hoc reporting to North America Business or Finance Leadership. Based in Indianapolis, IN, this role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of financial analysis experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years with prior roles in financial analysis or reporting
- Ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis (U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, or Qualifying Asylee/Refugee)
- Ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis (U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, or Qualifying Asylee/Refugee)
