Job Summary

Norwegian-speaking technical customer support specialist in Stockholm with hybrid work arrangement (2 days in office, 3 days remote) for a consulting assignment. You will handle incoming inquiries via chat, email and phone, work with a broad product offering in a primarily technical support context (from simple how-to queries to advanced troubleshooting), assist with subscriptions, invoices and product usage, document cases in CRM, identify bugs and collaborate with the development team, and contribute to meeting SLA and KPI targets while proposing process improvements. You will be part of a team of about 18, in an international environment serving customers in multiple countries. Start is immediate or by mutual agreement for a consulting assignment of about 3 months with good extension potential.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in technical support
  • Experience troubleshooting in software/systems (coding not required but strong technical understanding)
  • Structured, takes ownership and drives cases from start to finish
  • Goal- and KPI-driven
  • Solution-oriented, collaborative
  • Experience with B2B customers
