Nordics Technical Sales Manager Food Ingredients Distribution

Job Summary
Analyze market and supplier product ranges to identify new potentials, then develop and execute tailored solutions for food ingredients in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Manage market strategy, purchasing, and selling for assigned product groups while building relationships with suppliers and customers. Conduct lab, small-scale, or industrial trials with clients, participate in production trials, and follow up on offers and payments. Collaborate with Customer Service Managers and Category Managers on project management and sales strategy alignment. Develop and execute sales budgets and forecasts. Requires a Food Technology degree, fluency in local languages and English, and a valid driving license.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Food Technology
- Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development
- exceptionally good communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- high willingness to travel
- very organized, reliable, positive thinking
- Very good knowledge of a local languages and English (fluent in spoken and written)
- you have a valid driving license
