Job Summary
Nordic Customer Service Specialist handling chat and email support in English plus Finnish or Norwegian, based in Malta (Il-Gżira) with hybrid work option. Responsibilities include: delivering outstanding customer service via chat and email, handling KYC and document processing, probing and investigating customer inquiries, communicating warmly and empathetically, achieving first-time resolution where possible, monitoring for suspicious activity and escalating as needed, cross-selling opportunities, and supporting RG concerns. Night shifts are available after training; relocation within the EU is offered. Qualifications include prior customer service experience in live chat, strong English skills, and proficiency in Finnish or Norwegian. The role offers health insurance, a monthly commuter allowance, and a Malta office location with hybrid remote work.
