Job Summary
Nordic Community Lead responsible for owning Lovable's Nordic community presence. Design and run Nordic-specific community concepts, build relationships with accelerators, incubators, investors, and co-hosted events; run activations across Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway. Measure outcomes by active Nordic builders, founder activation, pipeline created, and retention. Requires 5–7 years building community programs at fast-scaling tech companies, fluency in English and a Nordic language, strong public speaking and teaching ability, and willingness to work from Lovable HQ in Stockholm with regional travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years building community, ecosystem, or founder programs at a fast-scaling tech, SaaS, AI, or developer-tools company
- ability to build durable relationships with Nordic VCs, accelerators, and incubators
- experience designing and shipping community concepts with ROI
- strong written and spoken English and at least one Nordic language
- comfortable teaching and public speaking
- ability to work based in Stockholm and travel across the Nordics
