Job Summary
This position requires an experienced Commercial Construction Foreman specializing in Architectural Sheet Metal, responsible for overseeing installation and maintenance of sheet metal systems on commercial projects. Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in commercial construction with a specific focus on architectural sheet metal installation and fabrication
- In-depth knowledge of architectural sheet metal systems including metal roofing, wall cladding, flashing, and architectural components
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications related to sheet metal installation
- Demonstrated understanding of construction safety practices
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different job sites as required
