Job Summary
Set up room trays and tables, serve and bus trays, pour beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food for residents, families, and staff. Transport carts to appropriate areas, deliver trays and nourishments, and maintain a steady work pace to produce clean kitchen utensils and dishes. Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes while fostering a positive environment that promotes resident well-being. This part-time evening shift (3:30pm-6:30pm) offers a wage of $15.50-$20.50 per hour at NorBella Savage, a growing 40-unit senior living community in Savage, MN, dedicated to helping seniors age magnificently.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- 16 years of age or older
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees
- Must possess strong computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in a senior living setting is preferred
