Job Summary
Prepare and serve meals for residents of a Lifespark Senior Living Community, ensuring adherence to prescribed diet specifications, menus, portion sizes, and temperature control procedures. Maintain sanitation and safety by cleaning work areas and equipment, verify trays meet diet requirements, manage proper storage of food and supplies, and review diet changes to ensure menu compliance. Requires large-volume cooking experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Part-time shift from 11am–7pm in Rogers, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Large volume cooking experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a senior living setting is preferred
- Must be able to relate professionally with residents and staff
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Advanced computer skills including email use
- Ability to divide or multiply recipes to meet quantity needs for service
