Job Summary
Noodles Assistant General Manager needed to lead restaurant operations, delegate responsibilities to a team of rock stars, and manage the restaurant P&L with integrity while upholding the brand culture. Drive continual operational improvements, roll out company initiatives with energy, and coach team members through feedback and development programs. Ensure high standards of food quality, food safety, and cleanliness; keep staffing strong and recognize top performers. Facilitate the Leadership Development Program, My Road Trip, and foster future leaders while exceeding guest expectations and delivering a family-like hospitality experience. Must bring minimum three years of restaurant/retail experience with two years of management, be at least 18 years old, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays; a typical GM schedule is about 47.5 hours with additional hours as needed. This role is based in Moorhead, MN, with on-site responsibilities at the restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years restaurant/retail experience
- Two years management experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to handle sensitive information and situations with skill and discretion
- Ability to make guests smile uncontrollably
