Job Summary
Nonprofits Account Manager responsible for onboarding nonprofits, managing client relationships, and guiding campaigns using Grassroots Analytics’ data products. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring contracts and invoicing accuracy, proactive issue resolution, monitoring client ROI, and regular follow-ups; lead outreach strategy, attend conferences and industry events, develop proposals, and manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to delivery handoff; cultivate relationships with nonprofit development teams, consultants, and partner firms, acting as a trusted advisor to referral partners. Requires 1–2 years in nonprofit development, fundraising/marketing, or political campaigns; strong relationship-building and communication skills; proficiency with project management tools; ability to manage multiple accounts and be committed to justice. Salary starts at $65,000, in-office in Washington, DC (Chinatown office).
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 1–2 years of experience in nonprofit development, digital fundraising/marketing, or political campaigns
- Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills across client and consultant networks
- Have experience with client management and/or lead generation
- Communicate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
- Be highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Be proficient with project management tools
- Show commitment to racial, gender, economic, and environmental justice
