Job Summary
Support specific project and program objectives by completing preliminary activities such as determining outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning. Ensure projects adhere to predetermined requirements regarding product specifications, costs, resource utilization, and timeliness while documenting all development phases and reporting information to other functional areas. Maintain compliance with company policies on engineering notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety, and undertake studies of new technologies as appropriate. Provide informal guidance to new team members and solve problems using technical experience and judgment. This role involves working in a clean room environment where appropriate personal protective equipment is required.
