Job Summary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to gather, organize, and maintain knowledge assets, ensuring data integrity, usability, and accessibility across multiple teams. Review content for accuracy, update outdated information, and remove obsolete content while establishing governance standards and maintaining database hygiene. Track knowledge base effectiveness through accuracy, usage, findability, and overall impact metrics, reporting weekly progress to leadership. This role builds a knowledge management solution from the ground up to centralize Energy's single source of truth for customer-facing and internal information, offering significant influence over foundational processes and structures.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Operations, Documentation Management, or similar fields
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience with a high school diploma is acceptable
- Strong knowledge management architecture experience preferred over technical writing experience
- Renewable energy or EV industry experience is a plus
- Additional relevant backgrounds may include telecom, banking, insurance, and healthcare environments with complex documentation and customer-support ecosystems
